When you look up a route.

The form sends your departure and destination, travel date or dates, passenger count and trip type to our quote service. Route and passenger details are sent to Villiers to obtain indicative pricing. You do not need to enter contact details to view an estimate.

The quote service temporarily stores the itinerary, estimate and an anonymous session identifier so a subsequent inquiry refers to the details you reviewed. Quote sessions expire after 30 minutes; expired records are removed during subsequent quote-service activity.

When you request confirmed options.

After you select an aircraft category, the form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number and any trip preferences. When you consent and submit, that information and the itinerary are sent to Villiers to handle your inquiry. The website does not store your contact fields in its quote database.

Villiers and the provider handling a proposed flight process information under their own policies and booking arrangements. For follow-up, corrections or questions about a submitted inquiry, reply to the team handling that inquiry or use the contact options on the Villiers website.

Session cookies and service records.

A necessary, secure session cookie links your browser to the quote you reviewed. It expires after 30 minutes and cannot be read by page scripts. The quote service uses a hashed request-rate identifier to limit abuse and keeps temporary request-status records to help prevent duplicate inquiries.

This website does not load advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting and quote-service providers may process technical request information to deliver and secure the service.

Keep sensitive travel documents out of the form.

Do not enter payment-card information, passport numbers, medical records or identity documents in the quote notes. If a confirmed flight requires documents, arrange a suitable secure channel directly with the operator or charter team.

No payment through this website.

The lookup and inquiry form do not collect payment or complete a booking. Review the final proposal and the provider’s terms before making a separate booking decision.
